The estate's largest house, set at its highest point with sweeping views of Ritcey Cove and the Atlantic. Three bedrooms connected by an interior skywalk. Floor-to-ceiling glass, a wood-burning stove, and a private balcony off the primary suite. Built for groups, with a full kitchen and dining area for the whole party. Lunenburg's harbour is twelve minutes away, Hirtle's Beach eight.

The Space
An interior skywalk connects the bedroom wings above an open living room, so the house stays social without losing privacy. Floor-to-ceiling glass keeps the coast in view from nearly every room. The primary suite has its own balcony, built for watching the sunrise over the cove. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove anchors the main room, and a wide deck opens onto the water.
